Reference: The Kellogg Foundation's Logic Model Development Guide (2004) identifies the elements of a standard logic model as follows:
Input/Resources - Internal and External Resources to be used to support the Technical Assistance (e.g. Agency staff time; agency fiscal resources; external fiscal resources; meeting spaces):
Activities - The Proposed processes, techniques, tools, technology and actions of the proposed TA;
Outputs - Projected deliverables for project (e.g.: number of training sessions; number of personnel receiving training);
Outcomes - Measurable short, mid and long term changes that are expected as a result of this project (e.g. percentage increase in number of individuals with disabilities in competitive integrated employment; percentage decrease in number of cases closed not successfully rehabilitated; percentage increase in students participating in work experiences). In the case of the WINTAC logic models, we are only including short and long-term goals due to the length of time of the project (5 years).
