The Delaware Lottery will run for its third year a Collect 'N Win Promotion and Second Chance Drawings ("Promotion") beginning on February 1, 2022. A player is eligible to participate in this contest by purchasing any eligible Delaware Lottery Game* - Powerball®, Mega Millions®, Lotto America®, Lucky for Life®, Multi-Win Lotto, Play3®, Play4®, Keno, or eligible Instant Games - ("Eligible Delaware Games") lottery game ticket during the promotional period.
*Designated instant games will be added to the list of Eligible Delaware Games at the discretion of the Lottery.
Players can enter Eligible Delaware Games tickets utilizing 1 of 2 methods:
- Collect 'N Win app (scan or manual entry)
- Collect 'N Win desktop application (scan or manual entry)
Players can download the Collect 'N Win app at the App Store® for iOS devices or directly install for Android® devices. The Collect 'N Win desktop application can be accessed via or via a link from the lottery's website .
Each registered player receives four (4) Play Cards, each containing six (6) positions. There are six (6) symbols on each card. For each Eligible Draw Game ticket (which is scanned or entered into the promotion) a random quantity (2,4,6,8, or 10) of the Six (6) available play symbols will be randomly generated and placed in the first available game card.
Once a player receives all six (6) symbols on a Play Card, they receive one (1) entry into the monthly drawing that coincides with the entry period in which it was submitted
- Once a full Play Card is filled and an entry is generated, a new, empty Play Card is automatically generated
- A user will always have four (4) Play Cards available
All entries are eligible only for the drawing that coincides with the entry period in which the entry was generated
- Entries do not "roll over" from one drawing to the next
